Refrigerator door liner plastics sucking forming mould is a thermoforming mould and die forming. The mould has a direct push mechanism or hinge mechanism and other components. The heated ABS or HIPS plates are absorbed on the forming mould in the form of vacuum pumping to obtain the refrigerator door liner. The mould structure is novel, the forming efficiency is high and the rejection rate is low.
The mould is specially used for BSH KF VPF equipment, and can realize the functions of door liner plastics sucking forming and scrap trimming at the same time.The mould adopts the way of vacuum pumping of lower mould and blowing pressure material of upper mould simultaneously to improve the efficiency of plastics sucking forming of door liner, and realize the mould forming beat of 18S with greatly increasing the output of door liner.
